Classes
Our pottery classes are 4 weeks in a row starting at the beginning of each month. . Each session is 2 hours long, and they happen at the same time, on the same day every week. The cost is $195 and that includes all the clay you’ll need and a set of tools to use.
Since the classes happen every week at the same time, you’ll get to build on what you learned in the previous class and make progress each week. By the end of the 4 weeks, you’ll have your own piece of pottery, and you’ll understand the entire process from beginning to end.
Info & Tips for Classes
-
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled.
-
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting dirty. Clay washes out, but glazes may stain.
-
Bring an apron and towel if you have them.
-
Trim your nails—long nails make wheel throwing much harder.
-
Leave jewelry at home (rings, watches, bracelets get in the way).
-
Tie back long hair to avoid accidents at the wheel.
